I wont give up anything that i like. just gotta watchportion size. consume in moderation and do extra exercise when needed.

Im big on bread too. when i found the 35 or 40 calorie per slice i was in heaven. lol. i also found this slimwich things for hamburgers and such. lower calorie than regular buns. i could never give up bread. bagels and similar things

me too i am going to eat what i want to eat. a new lifestyle will never work if i give up all the food that i like. never had anyone tell me anything here. but i was a part of a group on cafemom and they would also get on me for eating anything that was bought in a resturant.

Those portions are way to large. and i have to agree if i want an apple pie im going to eat in not have it blended up. The only one i have here is Ihop. and i dont like the country fried steak or the gravy yuck!

If i was going I would do the tacos. and ask for extra veggies. hard shellls have less calories than soft.

I agree. they arent for everyone. pop tarts were a major downfall for me before because i was still hungry. but if we are on a road trip these are perfect sepcially when i cant get to a fridge after im done eating them.

giving up food for a diet isnt going to make the lifestyle change. If i want something for example pizza, i will make room for it in the calories and add in some extra exercise. I will never depreive myself of anything that i want. If i want a special desert i will make a low calorie dinner. And no I have never given up…

my husband is required to see one every year. but since it doesnt phase him, she talks to me about how to make healthier meals. i always try to have at least 1 new question for her. if she can help me cook better meals it will benefit the whole family.

I started once before in 2009 and by oct of 2010 I had lost 80 pounds i went from 288 down to 208 and the stress from work got to me and i ate to cope and then i got pregnant and i have been breastfeeding althou that does nt work so well for weight loss for me.
