I work 10p-6a. I wake up at about 4 in the afternoon. My first meal "breakfast" is dinner with the family at 530. Then I have the luxury of grazing at work. I snack on vegetables with a low fat dip. I do eat a "lunch" at work which is either, oatmeal, chili, etc. Add more fiber to your intake and you will feel much fuller.…

You look great! I was in a plateau for about 6 weeks and very frustrated. People told me I looked thinner. I run 7-14 miles every day. Well, the scale finally caught up with everyone else. Down 4 pounds! Feels good doesn't it?!?!!?

I am finding that as I do this, nutrition is so important to feeling GOOD. This is why I am glad I found this site, to help with this. Thanks for the information, I take what I can get. :happy:

Trying to lose about 80 pounds. I have not made many changes to what I am eating, but definitely exercises more! Ran a marathon in September and plan to do more. So far, I lost about 40'ish pounds prior to myfitnesspal.com. Good luck to all of you!
