This ^^. I eat pasta once a day minimum (i'm italian) and it really fills me up if i eat it wholegrain with legumes and veggies :wink:

Thank you anyway! :wink: I always add a banana because a like thick milk shakes, but if i can achieve the same thickness without bananas (that are pretty caloric in comparison with different fruits) i'll try frozen strawberries :smile:

5'5'' 180lbs I eat about 1400Kcal/die, 1700 in workout days. Few years ago i followed a diet by a nutritionist who gave me a 1250/1300Kcal diet plan. I lost about 30lbs in 6 months but as soon as i began to workout i wasn't able to follow this plan anymore (i always felt hungry), so i gained almost all the weight i lost -.-

Diet calories: 1100 Burned calories: 800 1100-800= 300 Kcal. I hope you can stand up with this little introit of energy :(

I realized i am one of the few ladies that lose very little boobs dieting. In the past, i lost about 55 pounds and i went from a 42D to a 40D (US sizes), i.e. i lost fat in my chest (special my chest, scapular and hip folds) but i kept my breasts mass.

10th day of my 30DS workout! Anyway i can't do yet all the cardio exercises, i lose my breath and feel my legs very sore... what about you?

I'm doing 30DS and today was my 9th day. I can't yet do all the cardio workout so probably i will extend the 1st Level to 14 days instead of 10 :)
