I started to take a banana w/ me upstairs so when I get the craving I would eat that... Its high in surger and a 25 of what u would probly eat other wise...hope this helps. It has been working for me..Rob

If you are eating right and getting you’re protein daily that should be good... ECEAPT: On days you do an extremely hard workout... You’re body needs extra protein to recover and repair better... If you didn’t not know protein helps in the weight loss. :drinker: Hope this gave you food for thought..:smile:

1st I have the same problem.. I also hate looking at my stomach in the mirror.. reallity is that will be the last area we see weight loss :(.. what will help u is planks. 3 times a week.. planks will tightin our muscles under our fat.. w/ out making them bigger.. which in turn wil help our posture.. hope this helps and…
