Update: when I went yesterday I did an incline of 1 and speed was on 3...my heart rate was much better this time didn't burn a lot of calories but I did a mile...one step at a time :)

Thanks! I did feel kinda weird afterwards but I think it was because I didn't eat anything since 10am yesterday..this time I plan on eating something small before I go today

Thanks! I was on the treadmill then octane then the elliptical then I did weight lifting for 15 minutes each...I was on an incline of like 5 and speed was like 3 I think I haven't worked out since Oct so I think I was pushing myself..Thanks for your response.
