How's everyone going? Had to repeat W3D2 due to poor form on the last few sets! Almost broken the halfway mark :)
-
Week 2 down and going strong!
-
How have you been doing @kquiles1? I'm finding the crunches to be the most difficult of the 3 training programs, my core needs a lot of work :/
-
How did you @tiffaninghs? Week 2 down and feeling great :)
-
How did everyone go with week 2? I've been recording my form and wasn't getting enough range of motion. Adjusted my form and they've been a lot harder!
-
@Trendline15 welcome aboard!! The pull-ups challenge is one I reckon I'll start once I've finished the current programs. Let me know how you go with it until then
-

Day 2 tomorrow, signed up for a 10km run on Sunday to get his moving along. Bring it on *flex*
-
Glad to have you guys all onboard! I'll be doing my day 2 early tomorrow morning due to basketball tonight. How's everyone going so far?
-
Dude that's crazy! I have a friend who is similar to you in that he can basically squat for ever! If you're worried about your technique you could always check out the program link, they have a section on proper technique. In saying that I could never do *kitten* to grass squats due to being quite inflexible in my thighs…
-
Awesome effort tomcat! Glad to have you onboard. Will be doing my day 2 early tomorrow morning due to basketball tonight! How'd everyone go?
-
Good work and yup I'll be doing the program every tues, thurs and sat
-
Thanks! appreciate the feedback
-
Hey again! Prior to my holiday, I was running on average 20-25km/week. Unfortunately have been away for 5 weeks in Vietnam which has definitely caused me to dip a bit fitness wise. But excited to get things back on track
-
That's true, I'm quite an amateur when it comes to running but determined to see this program through. Hopefully my body will adjust quickly
-
Day 1 complete
-
Just did the 4km run today and it was killer!
-
How'd everyone go?
-
How'd you go? Just finished Day 1 - legs were a bit sore going in, but so far so good
-
Ohhh nice work!! Let's do this
-
definitely! The program is only 3 days a week, so if you haven't done day 1 just yet feel free to do it tomorrow :)
-
Thanks Jaxg, But as I mentioned in my previous post "My girlfriend is excellent at cooking nutritious meals so I never usually have to worry about that." Hence I am not single
-
I usually eat 30g of protein per meal (including dinner) which makes 180g-240g protein per day :)
-
Hey Jaxg, I usually eat 300cal (30g protein) consisting of chicken and steamed vege's My girlfriend is excellent at cooking nutritious meals so I never usually have to worry about that. If you're eating a lighter dinner chances are you'll be weigh less the next morning, Hope this helps :)
-
Your body knows best :) If you can do it twice with proper form as to avoid any injury than I would definitely do it!
-
I believe thats the correct name for them? Does it show in the cardio database? Maybe no one has added them in yet :)
