Maybe just try adding your own 1/4; 1/2 tsp of vanilla flavouring. I like to add a tablespoon of bran buds on top, along with berries.

Classify it as a 'maintenance day" and move on, get back on track. Spread your meals out to three meals and a must have snacks between breakfast and lunch. You put your body into stravation mode and burned muscle instead of fat.

My nutrionist says not to eliminate unless you really are alergic. My son swore by eating his first thing in the morning and then didn't touch bread products after that. He was a fitness buff.

Whatever you do don't give up. I go to a nutrionist...she has me making sure that I eat a 'healthy' snack between breakfast and lunch and then again between lunch and dinner.
