GNC is ridiculously overpriced. 2-3x the price at Amazon. I get Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey from Amazon.com. Tasty and mixes up easy in a blender bottle.

Light cardio is fine to do daily. If you work up to long distances or jogging/running, you'll probably want to switch to every-other-day.

I do 5-10 countertop pushups every time I go to the bathrooms. Squats and lunges are good too.

Fructose is fructose, whether "natural" or processed. It's processed in your body almost identically to how alcohol is processed.
