^^ This!^^ The whole "water " thing is a hydration issue. When in a dehydrated state, your metabolism slows, thus stalling your weight loss. If tea is your thing, by all means, use it as your water intake. I do!

I like Tosca Reno's Clean Eating, and Rocco DiSpirito,s books. Plus I get a lot of ideas from Pinterest.com, health and fitness section, and skinny taste.com

Fortunately, Costco is easier to get to than my local grocery store. So I do a Costco run at least once a week. After awhile it's easy to bypass the free food.

Ditto on both! Magnum Jesse Stone Frank Reagen There is a pattern there!
-
I do this all the time!

I started with wall pushups, advanced to the kitchen counter tops, while cooking, or at my bedside. When I was able to do them on the floor, I started one military, and would drop my knees to finish the set. I tried to add 1-2 more military style each week. I now do 2 sets of 15 with each workout.

The college boys are home. There were multiple plates left on every piece of equipment I used today!!

Bump to read tonight.

If I knew it would work, I would print this out and tape it to all the equipment!!

I use a lingerie bag, throw it in the wash machine, in the warm water cycle using whatever detergent that was on sale at the time, , and air/hang dry. I try to do this at least 2-3 times a month. {this is in addition to rinsing in water after each use}

I went from a FT6 {retired model } to a FT60. I have been using it for over 2 years now. I love it, would not exercise w/o it.

^^ This ^^. I don't worry about it, if it is from a healthy source such as fruit.

I have only done 2 so far, so I am a newbie. But taking several days off prior to the race, made a big difference. I did one 2 weeks ago. trained Sun/Mon/Wed, and took the rest of the week off, and did only light strength. I felt I had a better run on Sunday as a result.

I second the Runkeeper app.

LMAO!! The buddy workout is the best!! Excuse me while I clean my keyboard. I spit my tea out on the first round of pics!

Plan accordingly. IMHO, The race was poorly organized. There was a 3 hour wait on Friday. and 1.5-2 hour wait on Saturday for the packet pickup. Many were given a different bib number than what was registered. My time is still not available. My bib number is different than the one registered. I have sent a many emails…

I have read that the pain in the side is the muscle called the diaphragm, that is cramping from short breaths. Google, it's a article I read a long time ago.
-
Where is the race? It sounds like a nice one to race in.

I have the FT60. I had it for 3 years now. I have changed the battery once so far. You may be interested in this one.
