It's about as accurate as any other device. It's a tool to keep you moving, and gives you a general idea of fitness, on a day to day basis. BUMP, I need to write this down when I get home. I am sooooo frustrated. All I can find is "eat less, exercise more"! If I follow that mantra, it means surviving on broth only, and pitching a tent in the middle of the gym!

I love the comment about the 30 minute :laugh: lunch break! I am/was an ICU nurse. I changed my activity level daily. I just figured out both calorie limit, {one for very active, and one for light active}. When I worked I used the upper, very active count, and lower count on my days off.

I grew up using Sabrett onion sauce on my hot dogs. It's one of the things I missed when I moved away!!

I cut them in half, toss in a bowl with olive oil, place on a cookie sheet, and sprinkle Parmesan cheese and little salt. Roast at 375 until slightly browned on edges. {usually 35-40 mins}

I just tried it tonight, as a suggestion from a friend. I mixed together 1 tbs of FF greek yogurt, and 1 tsp of mustard. I added it to my tuna fish. It was tasty. I liked it.
