Teens: I met 2 out of 3 of my goals. However I would like to ask for an exception for the third goal I missed. 4 there's only 4 of us left :( People look at the challenge it requires a few days to do it so we can't put it off til last minute. 2 workouts and ! must be done 3 times. NO Slacking or the teens will be no more.

Thank you. I usually log 16 to 20k a day. I try really hard to not allow myself to slack. I understand the hip pain. I had surgery on mine you years ago now. Good luck!

My Wedding is exactly 230 days away. I would Love to be back in the size I met my hubby in which is 50 pounds away. I am ordering my dress Wednesday. I donate my extra strength training to this member of the beginners team! Beginner/Maggie Cardio 155/100 Strength 100/60 Challenge - yup Punishment -yup much harder then I thought Calories- yes I had an extra rest day this week... but I'll make it up later.

I'm happy to report I killed my strength minutes already! I upped my daily workout from 30 minutes to 45 minutes (dying to be able to go an hour again) so with 2 strength training workouts I 100 minutes.... I can finally really help our teammates. I'm at 95 minutes cardio so tomorrow I'll be at 140. then with Saturday…

As I sit on my living room floor reflecting on my day, I realize it wasn't as bad as I made it out to be. I only have a 10,000 step goal on my C25K training days, that was yesterday so my steps are low but that's ok. @Julebg79 .... when i started my running in 2012 it wasn't a problem. But now it's very clear it's not the same. This run shop is good one of the top in the country. Most of my runner friends go there. I definitely need this.

I love the C25K program!!!! I learned how to run 2 years ago that way. Then I tore the cartilage in my hip and I was down for the count. I had hip surgery last August to correct my hip issues.
