  • The zombie thing looks cool... and fits in with the challenge in general. Last night I made it to 110 minutes cardio tonight will throw me over on my strength. I have to do my character challenge yet but I'm not 100% when I'll have the time. Tomorrow is my last chance so it'll be late.
  • Btw I already killed my Cardio requirement. 45 minutes C25K Sunday, 35 Minutes of C25K Tuesday, Today should be at least that and Saturday again (hopefully) so I can spare 30 minutes of cardio.   • MY trainer says to up your water intake when your sore. It helps me alot. It's supposed to help your muscles release the lactic acid.
