  • Seriously? I don't know if I can eat that many!!! I've been aiming for 1200-1300...is that too less? I want to try and lose 2 lbs a week...so how many calories should I eat for that? Thank you for replying!
  • Wow you guys are incredibly helpful!!! Amazing responses. So I've set up a weight training area in my home, and have signed up with a personal trainer. To answer a PP, gaining more muscle is not important to me. I'm just worried that I really don't have much to begin with (not sure if that makes sense...I was "skinny-fat"…
  • Wow thank you for the fast replies! Ok, so just to make sure I'm understanding this correctly, it is important to exercise while eating at a deficit so that you maintain the muscle you already have, but you will not build any new muscle at this time?
  • For Multiplayer I play Gears of War (usually 3, there's no one on the GoW1 servers anymore! Also, Judgement is coming out in March!!!), Borderlands 1 & 2, Dead Island...Not big into CoD or BF. I'm also an "Xbox only" gamer :P You can add me if you'd like, my gamertag is AngieNinja :D
  • Every morning, after bathroom break. It is how I start my day off because it tells me "hey, you're dieting lady!", and works as a little reminder to make positive food choices :)
  • I am 4 months PP and am looking to lose around 60-70 pounds - I will add you :)
