My goal is 50 lbs at this point ???? and thank you so much it's been such hard work. But I am doing it...I am half way to 50 ....and at that point I will reevaluate and see how much more I need to lose ????❤️

YES! It is totally crazy....I just felt the need to run like my body could actually do it and for the most part it did....it did Burnnnn lol but I pushed through it???????? blood sweet and tears going into the new me.

Its totally crazy how fast your body builds up stamina to do more. I was able to jog half my mile today which is something I haven't Been able to do in year! There is no way on day 1 I could have ran. And today I did???? felt awesome.

I am working my way up there :D the day I hit three miles I will probably cry , when I hit two miles I was really Proud of myself and I have done even 2 1/2 but being inactive for so long as far as excerises goes the small goals help me so much.

Thanks so much???? I try to get in 2 miles at least so it averages out to about a hour a day. :) for me right now that is just enough.

I've just started my fitness journey and so far I walk a average of 6 days a week and do about 3 miles a day with my son which usually equals about a hour to do :) I love it. And really hope it helps me in getting my fitness goals.

Thanks so much, that advice was really helpful and for me walking the 2-3 miles I really enjoy I take my son with me in are jogging Stroller I am working my way up running right now I jog/ walk. We do different routes everyday also I am going to start taking a spinning class. I usually and full of energy when I go I drink…
