How hard do you push yourself?
Hey everyone, So I just started my walking to fitness 2 weeks ago. So far I walk a average of 2 miles maybe a little more. How hard do you all push yourself ? I know the first week I could barely walk a mile now I am up to two miles ???????? What keeps you going?

Feeling grumpy and tired after working out?
I am very new at working out! I do however enjoy it while I am working out. I have been going on 2-3 mile walks for that past two Weeks. I don't want to over work myself. I have been taking on 1600 to 1200 calories a day plus drinking more then enough water. Any recommendations? Anything at this point would be awesome.…
