The plan is intended for every day. I find that to be a little too much, especially in the beginning, so I'm doing every other day with another form of lighter exercise on my off days.

Hello everyone! I found this thread a little late but I'd like to join too. I just finished the first workout of week 1 today so I'll be a little behind you guys. I've always wanted to be a runner and I'm very glad I found out about the C25K program. Good luck to everyone :happy:

I'm glad I found this thread! I've also struggled with cutting back on alcohol because of the calories. I hate having to log all the calories. I try to keep my drinking only on the weekends. I agree that you shouldn't be logging these calories. I'm a nursing assistant and I'm on my feet for about 5-6 of the 8 hours each day plus I do things like transferring people from their bed to a wheelchair or rolling them in their bed all day long. I don't count these calories because it's just my normal routine and I…
