My name is Sam. I've been on MFP for nearly 8months but so far I've just been keeping track of my "normal" rather than improving. If its an intense dance/workout day..like today I burned 1200cals I will net 100-200 max (today my net is at 7. yikes). That being said I eat at least 1200cals/day and if its a major burn day (like today) I'll let myself eat up to 1500 if I want to.

it seriously does help ease the pain...even if you can't go "full out" on those days doing a less intense exercise definitely works. When I was younger I used to have to walk around the house to keep from crying due to cramps :( so I can say from experience a 15-30min walk works as good as any pain med!

I have Celiac Disease which means celiac is a major no-no and dairy is strongly suggested I never touch :P

idk if you can see my pics...but the full-length one is me at 130. My ultimate goal is 107 and really i think it depends on you and your bone structure and how hard you are willing to work. 112 might be difficult to maintain but its your body so rock it ;)
