I don't drink dairy and everything i've read says that soymilk has more protein than milk and therefore I'd say yes. edit: ok I am not sure of the exact amount of protein so i thought i'd change that. But I was told that it was a very good substitute for those who cannot drink milk

I only think its "bad" if you are too tired to function correctly and hurt yourself....I am a night owl so i always work out late at night! I don't work out first thing in the morning becuz I have no coordination til about noon and I have school/work :P

I'm doing her 30day method (a little over halfway done) and it makes a dancer sore :P plus I love how she targets the spots I really want to get in shape. I haven't been following her eating plan and I'm sure that's the only reason I've only lost 7lbs
