I'm in. I got my Fitbit last Thursday and its got me walking. 02/01 - 2.48 km 02/02 - 3.09 km I'm in Cebu City Philippines and its been a raining for the last couple of weeks.

Mine does too when am doing jumping jacks and lunges. No pain just that cracking sound.

Will the Charge HR be suitable for crossfit exercises? Or is it more geared towards running / walking?

peanut butter -- growing up my mum used to make them so we always had plenty I outgrew them when I started high school litson specially the skin -- a lot of Filipinos loooooove them especially the skin ... yuck! I don't eat it ever.

Did Day 8 earlier too .. I've noticed a few changes in my body. I'm getting stronger and I no longer struggle with the 2 min. cardio workouts like I did during the first 3 days. ^_^

I've seen quite a few women working out with full make up on, I wonder if their faces don't get itchy once they start sweating.

I plan to do it straight for 30 days hopefully my body can take it. I also do gentle flow yoga twice a week and a little walking here and there.

Just finished day 5 level 1 of 30 DS and am looking into doing Ripped in 30 afterwards. Hopefully after that I'd be strong enough to go through Insanity. I heard its brutal.

I do the 30 DS early in the morning, late afternoon I spend 60 to 90 minutes on the treadmill & elliptical trainer and then earlier after my session at the gym my friend dragged me to attend a Gentle Flow Yoga class and I was sweating like crazy. Phew!

Happy Birthday!! Just finished day 3 earlier and am feeling the soreness in my legs and thighs ... but its alright the end result will be worth it :)
