I have crazy hours. I sleep at about 5 AM and wake up at around 1 PM or 2 PM so I get to the gym at about 3:30 to 4:00 PM. I spend about 2 to 3 hours there come home and start work at 9 PM. I try to do this everyday but I have lazy days too sometimes :bigsmile:

My gym is open tomorrow half day I think ... I'll be sure to get at least an hour or so of work out.

I'm single and am also asthmatic. A couple of months back my asthma attacks were bad and since I live alone setting up my nebulizer in the middle of an attack was just very hard. That was my wake up call ... I gotta be healthy to minimize the occurrence of these attacks. Happy to say I haven't had one in two months now…

My sleeping pattern is pretty messed up. I work at night and sleep during the day and it has been going on like this for close to 5 years now. I still manage to lose weight although its been yo-yoing the last 4 years but am getting it right this time.

Being told by the sales lady, "sorry we don't have your size available". it sucks. Also the breathing difficulty during a minor asthma attach that sucks big time but its slowly changing now that am working my way towards a healthier me.

Around 1300 - 1500 calories. I'm 5'2", 27 and I do brisk walking everyday for 45 mins. to an hour and hit the elliptical trainer and stair master everyday too. Starting weight: 138 lbs. current weight: 132.4 target weight: 107 or 110 lbs.

Earlier I was just walking on the treadmill at 5.0 and I was listening to Diana Damrau. Nyahahaha I have no idea why and it went on for an hour. Normally I listen to Linkin Park, Disturbed, Foo Fighters, Nine Days, Something Corporate, Matchbook Romance, Incubus, earlier was an exception.
