i use the bar code scanner also but I got fresh spinach from farm market and olives from bulk and other items that don't have bar codes

I'm always looking for new friends. you sound like you're going to do it right and not go crazy

I am NOT a mother although I'm sure some have called me that before. but the very nice thing about being here on MFP is that they are supportive while still being anonymous.

what my biggest problem is I would grab a snack out of the refrigerator and then just keep getting more and more of it until I've eaten 4 times what I should have. it's the force of habit that I need to break and realize what I'm doing.
