I guess because you only get weighed in the meetings... they encourage you to measure yourself but it's basically about the scale only ! And if you do not lose on the programme, they don't really have a solution.

ok, my turn :) I loooooooovee chocolate but can't stand it transformed to cake, cream, etc. I hate milk, it is so bad that I eat my cereal with orange juice I don't like sauces I don't like raw fish - no sushi for me No tartar either but I love all fruits and vegetables

thanks for the advice. I love chicken :) ... my kidney stones got analysed and it was protein and at that time I had the shakes ... so I stopped them immediately

yes, I eat meat every day practically... and everyday joghurts ...that is why I was wondering how the heck I can reach 98 grams without any shakes. But now I don't worry that much anymore thanks to aggelikik's link :)

yes, very interesting ... that means I should have only 46 grams per day (which I usually have) instead of 98 grams on MFP

Just for today 3/17 only eat when I am hungry and stop before I am overfull

exercice, clean, sort out clothes, read, go for a walk, talk on the phone, brush your teeth and tell yourself if hunger is not the problem, eating is not the answer !

You can lose weight in steps. My personal advice is when you see that your weight loss motivation is going downhill, maintain for a while. Not eating treats all day long but nutritious foods and after a week or two, you reduce your calories again. This is not a race,

This - I cook the same meal for everybody at home but just add a huge salad on the bottom of my plate and then fill it up with a bit of pasta or rice or potatoes and meat.

I am now trying to listen to my hunger signals and I started this just 2 days ago. I found out that I actually need to eat less !!! Before I was snacking out of habit and not hunger.

my doctor told me that your body can send you hunger signals but you should not always listen if you are overweight ... there is only exercise and counting calories in my opinion
