Rain or snow doesn't keep me from running outdoors, if there is much ice I put on my Yaktrax. During warm up rain, wind or cold temperatures may be a little unpleasant, but after that the weather doesn't bother me. Brian is absolutely right, you have to dress properly, and running in the snow can be magical.
