Sometimes I'll get a happy meal if I don't have a ton of calories to work with. If I have the room then I'll eat what I really want and either work the rest of my calories around it and/or get in some exercise. Mmmmm McDonald's

I love group classes. If I'm in spin and want to leave I'll push through if only because I don't want to be that one person who cuts out early. I like not having to plan it out - other than just deciding which class to take. Have fun!

Wow! You are beautiful! And you look younger after your weight loss. I am also addicted to anything good. When it's the end of the day and I'm out of calories I kind of freak out and think now what? I can't stuff my face 24/7 any more? Nope, I can't, and I won't :)

Oh my goodness, that looks delicious! Do you live in the UK? I had treats like that when I visited family in London a couple years ago. I live in Charleston, SC. We just don't have that type of yumminess here.

I looked again and it was set at 1.5 pounds loss/week for 1,200. When I changed it to 1 pound/week it suggests 1,450. I know I have the ability to select my own calorie goal as well as eat back some of the calories through exercise. I just know that I struggle with sustaining on the low end. I think 1,500 is reasonable so…

I'm 5'8 and wear a US size 10. I was a size 12 at the beginning of the year, but 3 years ago I was a 6. Grad school and a new boyfriend really packed on the pounds. I'd be happy with an 8, but would love to get back to a 6.
