Maybe its a Tattoo Convention? They are pretty cool events. Generally, tattoos can cost more at a convention depending on the artist. My husband is a tattoo artist. Its a lot of fun though! Lots of stuff to see! As far as how much to bring, I'd say bring a debit card and find an atm when you get a quote you like. :happy:

I have a Smart Heath Heart Rate Pedometer watch. I got it at Walgreens awhile back when I was looking for just a regular HRM. I dont do much in the way of walking so I dont use it. YOu can have it if you like or anybody that wants it. I feel bad that it just sits unused. Well! Good luck with you weight loss goals! :happy:

I have two 15 minute breaks so I generally bring an apple, carrots, yogurt, string cheese, welch's yogurt covered fruit snacks, fruit leather, that kind of thing. Lots of little low calorie things that I can eat quickly but still feel I've eaten. :tongue:

You're going waaaaaaay over on sodium most days. You tend to hold on to excess water when you do that.Extra water is extra weight. Try to adjust your sodium and see if that helps.
