I use them in my backyard sometimes and for walks. Would not advise it for runs though I've seen some do so. The pros are it's added weight, you want a vest where the weight is distributed evenly. The cons are it's added weight, it places stress on the knees, the hips, the ankles the feet, your tendons, and everything…

I am, I have no intentions of ever changing at this point...... It was hard work to get to where I am, took a few years of sacrificing a lot, and I do mean a lot. But at 52 I have the freedom most would kill for... Are you able to transfer jobs??? Go back to school or a training program????? Hope that it works out for…

Sorry to hear of your troubles.. I had a buddy that went through pretty much the exact same thing. When It happened I thought what the heck man???? But he survived it and was better than before, you will be too.. Best of luck....

I have a buddy IRL who stopped drinking beer, he averaged 3-4 beers per night. In a lil less than 3 months he was literally down 30 lbs. He already has a physical job, requires some lifting and movement. That one change did the trick for him. Good Luck to you... :)

Almost every morning I make 3 cage free eggs scrambled with kale, copped sweet peppers, small bit of chopped sweet potatoe and turkey bacon all together in a skillet. It takes less than 10 minutes to make and is yum yum yum... Protein packed!!!!

Look at it this way, in school it's common knowledge that the gym coaches are all over weight, shop teachers are missing a finger and the home ec ladies????? Yeah they're all divorced with cats........ I liked that nice cat lady .... lol.......

For me the 1st time I ever lost weight was 20 years ago .... My workouts were the same ( was already lifting) but I changed my eating habits. Ditched the spaghetti ( 2nd nightly dinner) and ice cream before bed. Lost over 40 lbs between Christmas and Easter that year..... That was the only change I made and it worked.....
