                It is a lot of apples, lol.. All I know is I'm down 5 belt loops and feel a lottt better these days :) dang it , now I want a apple!!! lol....

                I don't fight it. I just eat another apple, apples apples apples, lol,, I typically eat 3-4 a day......... The real deal behind that is I started doing that to replace donuts about 9 months ago. Now I maybe eat a donut 2-3 a month if that. Compared to the 2-3 a day I used to eat.

                Today I put a few cut-up breasts in the crockpot. Added water and a cpl of bottles of buffalo wing sauce. Gonna add sweet potato chunks and some sliced up yelow/orange/red bell peppers to finish off. Serve like stew.

                Thank You. I am going to try it out tomorrow. I hike 4-7 miles about 2-3 times a week in local backwoods. If I get off the path I'll let you know!!! lol

                When my back was bad the best thing I found for me was to lay on the floor. Knees up. Hands under my butt, palms down like your grabbing the floor. And squeeze my abs in while I slowly lifted by butt off the floor. It would help me pop my back sometimes too and that was always a relief.

                I used it years ago when it first came out. I did lose weight but the after effects were'nt good. A lot of jitters and stuff like that. I know they say hey have changed the formula but I would'nt try it again.

                I never needed surgery on mine but I've had a lot of irritaion with my left on. Ice ice ice is always my first start for recovery, I wear "the boot" at night sometimes, and of course stretching. Ibuprofen goes w/o saying.                 I hike a lot, and i do mean a lottttt.. lol.. I read on here strengthen your core, that is a great way to start. Also I find ppl need to strenghten there legs too, a lot of woemn concentrate on " toning" hulking a pack around is't much for toning but requires a lil power. Train what works for you and best of luck!!!! :)

                Went on a beatiful 4.7 mile snow filled hike with my hiking club. Shoveled snow for about 40 minutes...
