Injuring my foot got me started too. I gained so much weight because I didn't change how I ate but I couldn't play racquet ball. Made me look at what I was doing to myself.

I have been struggling to loose my last 14 lbs. I lost 25 with common sense changes, this last 14 has been tough. I keep going up and down and I think I am pretty good about what I eat. Guess I just need to do even more cardio. Trying to do cardio 6 days a week for at least 1/2 hour.

Yes, I can relate, had 2 wardrobe malfunctions in the past 2 weeks. Today the boys slipped outside the old stretched out briefs and then got pinched when I sat down. Last week they slipped out in yoga and I realized I had a problem when I saw myself in the mirror doing bridge pose in my baggy shorts. I don't think anyone…

I do up the calories if I don't know for sure what was in what I ate. Its still a guess and I could still be low sometimes.

2012 - I love that I can see the veins in my arms that I haven't seen since I was a teen. 2013 - I plan to see my abs for the 1st time in my life. There, I said it, now I have to do it.

1. Lost 25 pounds since last Xmas. 2. My foot problems are greatly reduced with less weight on them. 3. No weight gain over the holidays this year. 4. Actually crave exercise now! 5. Gone down from a 36 to a 32. 6. See some veins and muscles in my arms :-) Now...On to my gut....

I really like the elliptical. When I monitor my heart rate, I can control it better and keep it higher on the elliptical.
