That study doesnt even have constant calories in both groups. but even if it did, it doesnt matter. science is repeatable, which means they need repeatable studies to show certain macro ratios are better for health or fat loss or whatever. It sucks, you have less energy and are more injury prone due to fatigue. Keep it up I am sure you will drop those last few pounds.

The only time it's acceptable is for chicken enchiladas. OP your diet will definitely work until you get burned out and instantly vomit at the sight of chicken. Plot twist then it will work even better. Good Luck; Have Fun.
