I just started my diet back up on Monday. I checked my weight on wednesday. I lost 7.5lbs in 24-48hrs. I think there is a good chance I will be a skeleton by 2016. Anyways it's been a real good time fam. See you on the other side!!!

2 years ago just started lifting not sure on weight in this picture but the heaviest i have ever weighed is 230lb so will just assume i was around 230 as of yesterday 215lbs or so.
