34g protein :(

    do a google search. put in general tso chicken nutrition and then look at a few sites offered and see if they are close in values.

    You can also put in the search here on MFP ... General tso and that pulls up a few listings

    yeah did both, thats why asked. I also gave the closet thing i could find as a reference
