went over my Cals by 1300+ yesterday...

breakfest
2 banana pancakes
2 mushed up bananas, 1.5 cups of old fashion oats, 2 whole eggs, cook
added 50cals of butter

lunch
lean ground beef 12oz
sweet potato 1lb

dinner
1 normal size chicken breast
4 cups of broccoli

late night snacks
2cups of milk
2 apples
banana and oatmeal

just started eating oatmeal really enjoy it raw and cooked!

3400Cals
88g fat
397g carbs
70g fiber
243g of protein

i set my maintenance at 2100 which i never hit and i think my maintenance is closer to 2750(maybe even higher) but... this is the most ive went over while eating "clean"

anyways going to bed, happy weight loss boys and girls
