I buy 100% raw cacoa paste, that way it is no sugar or additives. Sometimes I just eat it by itself. It is very bitter but oh so good. Sometimes I buy cocoa butter, and melt it with the raw cacoa paste with some coconut sugar crystals and some vanilla bean. So no high glycemic load. I love it!

I used to be chronically bloated every single day and get sick with everything I ate. Then I eliminated ALL grains (no corn, rice, wheat, ect), all dairy, tomatoes, potatoes and soy. It is amazing to be able to eat and not get sick. I would suggest cutting out all these things for 2 weeks, then try one thing at a time…

Yeah my only thing I am having trouble letting go of is the sugar. I sometimes eat dark chocolate with sugar. Every day I eat honey, which is ok on the paleo diet. Going with out the grains is ok for me because I have been gluten free for over 3 years. I do have a lot of digestive upset so I am looking forward to that…
