I really do appreciate the support! Amazing how if you stick with it changes do come about. We are hitting that time of year where the boards are going to be full of the cleanse and pill questions. Hoping I look more like Mir next year when I bump this thread  (well I will never be all tall and stuff:grumble: …

So here I am again! I am down the 15 I regained, and an additional 2. This is forever. Feeling so much healthier and happier these days doing the things I know is good for me. Happy New Year :flowerforyou:

Thank you for your comment on my comment, but it really had nothing to do with what I said. I was not obese, I was not hungry. I had been a "naturally skinny' person prior to my mid 30's. My entire statement had to do with a year of losing 36 pounds, 2 years of keeping it off, 2.5 years of not exercising and gaining back…

I used to do that also. When I logged my food here, the next day was not so much fun to go over the calories again. As I logged the 1st meal of yogurt my brain reset. My 'day before' became just that. For me, seeing it on paper (computer) did it for me. MFP has been a lifesaver for me

Good question and one that is overlooked a great deal of the time. Mine was found accident (or divine intervention if you believe the way I do)

Can we be friends, you said that in less than 20 words

You know how Nike says "JUST DO IT" ?? For me it was just not doing it. I had lost the 35+ pounds I wanted to. Had the body I liked after going to the gym, lifting weights, was strong (grrrrrrrrrr) walking everyday and even ran a mile. The week I logged my last pound I: *told my husband I wanted a divorce *had a…

I have this problem too and my past experience showed me the exercise helped loads with the lethargy. Thanks for reminding me. (at this point I have no choice but to keep off the processed stuff as I am allergic to gluten. Therefore my cheap stuff is potatoes) Good luck!

If I knew how I would post a picture of myself at 17 in a bikini. I was approx. 100 pounds, 5'2" tall. I was proportionate and not too skinny for my frame. One picture I am sitting straight up, shoulders back and turned and I look great. 2nd picture I wasn't ready and mom snapped the shot.........rolls......3 of them! LOL.…

Interesting because all of these are triggers for me, and the ham was for the nitrates. I found nitrate free bacon and ham and am able to have it in smaller portion sizes. When I cut out gluten, it took approx. 6 months for the inflammation to go down, but now my triggers are harder to pull (I has aura/migraine every day…

/Slaps forehead now I know why I love you so much! All my closest friends are over 6 ft. I swear at the mall I look like their kid! One day I want them to each grab my hand and swing me like we do our children when they are 5 or 6, but I need to get them to lift first! Seems I am a bit stronger than them these days
