You do realise that one day of bad eating wont make you gain back ALL the weight you've lost? My weightloss is coming off slowly because i am allowing myself crap days and crap food. These are lifestyle changes, not a diet.

Cause sometimes its fun to say yes to something with no nutritional value. This is just patronising. One of my daily foods is 70calorie noodles. Total processed junk. do i care? do i heck. People focus on other peoples diets too much.

i track my calories most days but some days i forget or ive binged and its just effort to go back and log it. i used to weigh everything out when i first started but i quickly got bored of that. ive become pretty good at averaging how much ive had

I weigh myself every day. I only log when i see a new lower amount. ie ive weighed myself every day for the past few weeks and its gone up and down the same few lbs but i only logged it yesterday cause it was finally showing a new number
