Didn't you hear? Nighttime calories are actually smaller. Same rule applies if they're eaten while standing or if it's past noon on Saturday.

I'm about 5'10 or 5'11 and I've lost 55 so far, aiming to lose another 10. I don't feel comfortable posting progress pictures, but I swear they exist. [: EDIT: I guess my ticker disagrees! 56 lost.

I try to leave myself 600 or 700 for dinner. I stay up pretty late at night, so a big dinner is preferable for me. Also, the preference of calling it "dinner" or "supper" is mostly just of cultural significance.

I know how you feel, OP. I've been dealing with clinical depression, generalized anxiety and panic attacks since I was about 12 years old. Sometimes it's greener, sometimes it's bluer. When it my hair was red, my eyes seemed a lot greener. When it was blue, they…

I'm 20 years old, about 5'11 and my goal weight is between 150 and 160, which is what I weighed in high school. My starting weight was 215 and my current is 190. I suppose I would say I have a large, wide frame and am a typical hourglass figure. I have wide shoulders/upper torso and wide hips with a very narrow waist. I…

That's exactly what I said. "In what universe?" If that is what is considered fat, we're all in a lot of trouble.

"You carry your weight well...You're built!" and "You're a big, tall woman and there's nothing wrong with that." Both from doctors. The second was followed up with a comment about needing to see a dietician. Doctors give the worst back-handed compliments.
