Spinning class at 5:30 this morning... it sure seemed a lot earlier this morning than it did on Monday, but I made it.

23. How much water do you usually drink in a day? I usually drink between 120 and 150 oz of water... 24. Have you ever had an eating disorder? I don't know that I would say it was a full blown eating disorder, but I have made myself throw up in the past when I thought I ate/drank too much.

I didn't lose any weight this last week but that's because I spent most of the weekend driving all over the state of Iowa and made horrible fast food eating choices most of the weekend...

18. Try to use as little salt as possible today or maybe even none! Don’t buy microwave meals and don’t eat foods high in sodium. Yogurt, hardboiled eggs, subway sandwich... so far no microwave and the ham had sodium, but otherwise I think I am doing fairly well so far.

17. Do you have a special event/date you want to lose the weight for? I am getting married in August so I want to look my best for that event... but more importantly I want to lose weight for my life not just an event in my life.

I am hoping that is just water weight and no exercise on Monday... guess I'll be reving up the exercise for the rest of the week.

10. Do you count calories? If so, what is your daily limit? I am learning to count calories.. I have done WW in the past so I have a decent idea of what I can eat, but I enter my food as I eat on the diary so I know where I am at throughout the day.. I try to stay around 1600 or 1700 calories a day.

9. What is your favorite type of cardio? I would have to say its a toss up between the elliptical or Zumba class... just depending on my mood.

7. What is your least favorite healthy food? I really want to like greek yogurt, but I can't get past the texture... I have tried several different kids and can't find one I like.

I lost 50 pounds and then after I quit WW I slowly started to gain it back... 7 years later here I am... I've lost 23 of it again, but I would like to lose more.. I need to realize that I am always going to have to be a calorie counter. Plus I allowed excuses (work, kids, church) to keep me from going to the gym.

6. What is your favorite unhealthy food? My favorite unhealthy food would definitely be Mexican food... and of course when we go out to eat Mexican the margaritas that go with it.. I have found though the low fat enchiladas I make at home work as a good substitution.
