  • I went to spinning class for an hour this morning...
  • I walked for 34 minutes this morning and went to Zumba for 65 minutes tonight!! Feeling great, snuggling in for the night and hoping this bad weather stays away from us.
  • Just got back from walking on the track at the gym with our 15 year old... walked for 53 minutes while we watched my son play basketball... now to settle in for movie night.

  • I did 65 minutes of Zumba and then another 35 minutes on walking on the track with a friend,
  • I bought myself a heartrate monitor to wear at classes and it counts my calories for me.. Oh and I LOVE ZUMBA!!! Our teachers incorporate about 1 or 2 songs a class that involve weights.

  • I walked/jogged for 37 minutes today while my son was at basketball.
  • Finally back after being sick with the influenza and being in bed for a week... today I walked on the track at our YMCA for 33 minutes and then went to Zumba class for 65 minutes. Feels good to be moving again!
  • 60 minutes at Zumba class again this morning!! I made it to a class at our gym all 5 days this week... MWF at 5:30 in the morning, Tues and Thurs at 5:30 pm. My legs are a bit sore, but I feel great!
  • Went to Zumba class tonight... found out that they our gym is going from offering it twice a week to 4 times a week... SOOO excited!!
