There are some great hints and tips on here for getting back on track. I am starting to use some! Let's keep this moving forward!

Start with something small, like walking and increase your time and pace. Definitely try to find something that you enjoy or semi-enjoy. Once you start incorporating it into your day, you might enjoy it more than you think! Best of luck!!!

Yes, I do enjoy exercising. When I am at the gym, I absolutely can't get enough and I thoroughly enjoy it. It's getting to the gym that's the tough part right now. Thanks for reminding me how much I enjoy working out!!!

There are so many different forms of exercise. Find something that you enjoy and do it -- dance, play, whatever. I Use to say I didn't like exercise, only because it was easier to just go home.
