I'm starting over... for the hundredth time, like a lot of people here. I have a lot of weight to loose, a little over 100 pounds. I would love friends who also have a large amount of weight to loose. I was in a major accident about two years ago that caused some minor movement disability and the bed rest caused the weight gain. I'm working hard to get back into the shape I was before the accident, gaining stamina, strength, and flexibility. About 5 months ago, I lost about 30 pounds working hard, but I got busy and gained about half of it back. I'm again serious about loosing the weight and keeping it off. I need friends who will be supportive and tell me the hard news when I need to hear it. I will gladly do the same for them. I'm very new at yoga but I'm really loving it and hope to continue with this as well as going to a gym at least 3x a week with a friend. I'm horrible with my diet however. I sometimes need a good kick in the butt.

    I hear you! All that hard work to lose the weight and then life gets in the way! This is however, our new lifestyle --healthy clean eating!

    Great job joining a gym. It sounds like you are motivated to succeed!
