I actually just bought a bag of mixed spinach and kale that I will be tossing into my smoothies this week...The stir fry isn't a bad idea either, I would have to make it ahead of time since I work two jobs and don't have time to cook on a daily basis...thanks for the tips!! :)

So, today started week 2 of round 1 for me...and I weighed myself this morning to find a 2.6 loss. I'll take it!! Hoping I can be just as strict and on point this second week :)

I am almost disappointed in my lack of soreness so far. Today is day 3 of my first round....I am a little sore here and there but nothing major. It might be because I try to work out fairly regulary so maybe this isn't quite a shock to my body....idk...I have been doing the workouts before work in the morning, I like them…

Managed to get my butt out of bed this morning and got my workout in.... :smile: I stuck to the plan of meal prepping yesterday and I think I am good for the week, which is a nice thought since I am usually making my lunch the night before...haha

I am in my late 20's but consider myself motivating and I log everyday....I may miss a day here and there because well, life happens lol but I journal regulary and could always use more MFP friends. Anyone is welcome to shoot me a request :)

Everyone tells me I will come to love running....I am not so sure hahahaha I keep doing it but I usually dont love it until I am done my run....I guess it is a love/hate relationship :)

Whoah that is super low carb! Some low carb snacks I tend to reach for are cheese, nuts, hard boiled eggs....chicken and turkey are delicious and high in protein, low in carbs. Good luck!

I completed the C25K training last year....feel kind of out of the running loop but this year got back into it. I casually run a couple times a week and participate in a bunch of 5Ks...feel free to add me if you'd like :)

I have hypothyroidism as well and I still drink milk regularly....not everyday but regardless. I do tend to buy skim milk, for no other reason than its better for you lol I was never told by my doctor to do gluten free or avoid soy.....I would ask your doctor or a nutrionist if your really concerned about it. I am down…
