  • I just signed up for the 28 day challenge with ladyboss and ordered a bag of Lean. I am a little nervous and am curious what the program will entail...but we'll see! I just joined the online community too....anyone still doing the program??

  • Level 3 day 6 complete! My upper body is still pretty sore from my trainer session on Friday so the push-ups and plank moves today were fantastic lol....
  • I used my yoga mat if I noticed myself slipping...good traction on that thing! My shoulders/arms are super sore from my workout with my trainer yesterday, I may take today as a rest day...I haven't decided yet.
  • I have a fitbit charge HR that I wear and use as my activity tracker....I average anywhere from 180-280 a workout...that is for all levels too, it seems to be in that range.
  • Level 3 day 5 done... :smile: Tomorrow I workout with my trainer...she will replace JM....then back to day 6 on Saturday!
  • Level 3, day 4...in the books! I was a little tired this morning so a few moves I just wasn't feeling it, but still got the workout done. I am pretty sure, this day on level 2...I was bored and ready for a change. So far so good with level 3, I am still enjoying it :smile:

  • I have a session scheduled with my trainer today....we do a total body workout, so I think that will replace level 2 for today--there is no way I can pull off a double workout with level 2 lol

  • @rumswood Good for you for making it happen in the morning. I failed again today to so, which means another evening workout. The chair squats w/a V raise is ridiculous, at that point in the workout-my shoulders are on fire...and then I feel like that move lasts forever! so tough lol
  • level 2, day 3 tonight...I wish I could get up earlier in the morning and get my workout done so I would not have to do it in the evening lol someday I will accomplish it...until then, after work workouts it is. Yesteryda-being day 2 on level 2-was still a real challenge...tough stuff!
