  • I made the decision to not use the containers...at least this week. I am tracking my food and according to the 21DF math...I should consume 1740 calories a day. I plan to use that same calorie goal. However, at least for this week...I am going to do it on my own terms. I might join the container train later on....not sure.…

  • Monday I did total body cardio....this morning I did upper body...tomorrow I am taking a class at the gym-zumba for half the class and weights for half the class, so I won't be working out with Autumn tomorrow. The challenge started Monday and I plan to really focus and kick my own butt :)

  • @SatiaRenee So this morning, I attempted Jillian Michaels Body Rev phase 1, dvd 1 and....I loved it! I was dripping sweat by the end of the workout and felt good! I was still challeneged but the exercises were moves I could do without getting frustrated with myself lol I am excited to try dvd 2 tomorrow morning... :)
  • I actually picked up a So Delicious cocounut milk-french vanilla coffee creamer...and it does the trick. It is obviously not as yummy as my flavored creamers I was using before the fix, but...its drinkable and really not bad at all. Yay for finding a solution so I can enjoy my morning coffee haha
