I wake up at 5:30am to make it to the gym by 6am and work out until 7-7:15. I LOVE it. It took some getting used to as I wasn't a morning person (at least not that early). But it helps to maximize my time, I don't have to go to a crowded gym at 5pm and it makes me feel great all day long. Totally worth it!

From a weight loss perspective, you can drink diet drinks and still lose weight. My mother went from 300lbs to a body builder and only gave up her diet soda going into shows. Great question! I was glad to see some answers. When I started eating healthy my BMs decrease significantly and I was concerned about it. But glad to see I am now "normal" lol

I don't count cleaning... much like another poster - I consider it a bonus is I happen to get a burn from it. In a few weekends I will be digging a patio, and laying brick all day.. I count something like as its not an everyday type of thing. But I'd error on the side of just not counting it.
