I am married and no children, I'd say at least 2-3 times a week. Though there are certainly stressful times or whatever that it sometimes decreases to once a week.

There are lots of things that will effect your calorie burn. Keep an eye on your heart rate... you want to get it up while you are doing cardio for a good burn. There is really no way to target lose.... but you can work on toning up that area. When I want to tone up a particular area, I hope on youtube and take a look for toning exercises for the area I want to work on, it is helpful :)

Mornings and evenings after work... and lunch if time will allow. I go in the morning every day and go to zumba 3 nights a week in addition. And mix in anything else I have time for :)

I have a Polar FT4 and LOVE it. Just plug in your height, weight, age and gender and you are good to go.

This can be very frustrating. I have lost 75lbs 335-260 and I am only down two pant sizes. It really just depends on how your body carries your weight. My body isn't wanting to let go of tummy fat so I am still hanging on to the pant sizes :/

I tend to not pay a whole lot of mind to my sodium... BUT when I jump of the scale after having a high sodium day, it tends to show up on the scale. I think it's just the nature of the beast. I'd increase the water intake though (if you are not already drinking a lot)... be sure to drink at least half your weight in ounces…

If you have been doing the same workout, I'd suggest changing it up a bit. Maybe add a little weight training if you are not already. You could always just cut the calories in half and use the "quick calories" function and type in half the amount.

Yeah that doesn't seem right! My HRM has my heart rate low at 123 and high at 162. When I run I get up into the 170s as well.

I struggle with the tricept as well! I am totally in love with my bicept lol but I just can't seem to get a vision on the tricept no matte how hard I work!!! I am hoping it will come with time.
