I used to listen to Fighter by Christina Aguilera because I found one of her old CD's on the sidewalk once. That song is straight cardio gold yo.

People in El Paso don't really like old Cee-Ag I take it.

jog.fm is a really great site. You can plug in how fast your pace is, and they'll give you a list of songs that are on tempo with your pace.

I personally really like Pandora's Dance Cardio station (if you have access from the gym)

    Thanks for sharing this :)

This is also one of my "power" songs, for cardio or anything. I'm always ready to kick butt!

Anything upbeat but mostly motivational speeches on youtube. Love Arnolds speech "who you do you wanna be" and Eric thomas "whats YOUR why".

Anything with a good beat really... I found iTunes has a good section for runners (that works for all types of cardio activities) so you can look there to get idea's too. I think they also classified them by BPM as well so if you have a specific BPM you enjoy you could probably look up music that way too.

I use to listen to the dance cardio radio station on pandora. But that never really pushed me through my workout. I tried out the rap strength training radio station and omg, I killed my workout. Lol I pushed myself beyond what I thought capable . Lol so now I listen to rap music.

College Football podcasts or Stuff you missed from History Class podcasts.

I can't run to music. Listening to people talking let me forget I'm actually running and concentrate on what the people are saying!
