Love me some walnuts and almonds, raisins, veggies and humus, natural applesauce
  • Popsicles - they are like 30-50 cal each and delicious..

Plain shaved ice - I've been obsessed recently its good and no calories..
  • I like to mist two small corn tortillas with evo spray and then bake them until crispy, and top each with 1/4 cup of fat-free refried beans. You can then add tomatoes and lettuce or whatever. It seems like a lot of chewing, and it looks big on a plate, both things that I like, and is only 200 calories.

ETA: I happened to try making radish chips today and they were so good I am about to get up right now and make more. Super low cal, savory and chewy! http://low-cholesterol.food.com/recipe/crispy-baked-radish-chips-low-fat-low-carb-288830

Today I went Whole Foods and bought these pistachio vanilla cookies. I think they we recalled Irene's cookies. I had never tried them before but when I saw that they were only 25 calories per biscotti, hsd no fat and were sodium free I had to at least give them a try. They were delicious! They were also pretty big, which shocked me. Now I know a handful of carrots would be much healthier but they are really good for a little quick treat.
