Quinoa is a wonderful high protein grain. It has a nutty flavour. I sometimes eat it for breakfast with fruit instead of oats or replace rice with it. I LOVE it.

You most likely do not have the stomach enzymes to digest meat any more so you may need a pro-biotic to digest it. Also, start with a baby food do you do not send your system into shock. It may take a while before you are able to digest it properly. If this is what you want good luck. I have been a Pescatarian for a year…

Good for you ! It is hard for Mom's (and women) to put themselves first or even move ourselves up on the priority ladder. I would suggest looking up how much everything you put in was and mark it on a piece of paper. Then divide what is left into portion sizes then divide your numbers by portions. I remember there being a calculator on line somewhere but I cannot remember which site it was.

cottage cheese, fruit, toast, hard boiled eggs, fruit toast spaghetti sqush, vegetarian bolognese sauce and toast greek yogurt, fruit, toast sweet potato, veggies and greek yogurt Watch out for those flat breads from Subway. Lots of salt I believe.
