Nice to meet you, I workout 6 days a week at my gym. I had thyroid cancer in 2001 and gained 50 pounds, been loosing and gaining the same ten pounds ever since but I'm getting super serious after thanksgiving dinner. Let's keep each other motivated

My inner thighs have gotten smaller Working with personal trainer doing Kettle bell squats, hold 25 lb kettle bell Between legs and squat about 15 reps 3x! Good luck

I had the same problem, I upped my Calorie intake- 1200 cal is too low for Most people.

Hi I'll be 42 in march, a thyroid cancer survivor, and have a very hard time losing due to no thyroid. I'm a wife and mother of a teenager. I've been lifting weights with a trainer once a week and my clothes are getting looser even though the scale wont budge. Add me if you like.

I've been working with a personal trainer one time a week now for 8 Weeks. He's helped me change my Shape, attitude and strength tremendously !

Turkey meatloaf 1lb extra lean turkey 1c onions 1/4 c sweet baby rays 1/4 Italian bread crumbs 1egg Bake 350 for 40 minutes It's yummy!!!! Also turkey meatballs: 1 pd lean turkey 1 egg 1 pkg taco seasoning Dip in light sour cream Now I got to make this tomorrow! Yum yum

Put your weight lifting time in as circuit training. Unless you wear a counter you have to estimate.

Don't reduce your cals-do you exercise? You could up the burn or change up the routine a bit. Your body does get used to your cal intake. Maybe eat more one day a week. Good luck .
