Hi Nikki, I find a lot of free workout videos on Youtube! I like Jillian Michaels old workout videos. They are fast, free, tough and can be done in the comfort of my home.

Hi Ladies, I mix it up with my LISS. I have gym access, so I just switch it up with different machines. I do believe that lower intensity cardio for longer time (I do about 45 minutes), is best for fat burning. I think it just depends on your goals. I have a lot of extra pounds to lose.

I eat steel cut oats most mornings. Found this recipe for the crockpot, so I can just heat a bowl of it in the microwave when I'm in a hurry. I substitue almond milk or soy milk for the dairy in this. I also use half of the sugar it calls for and extra spices. I double the recipe because my husband loves, it, too! :)…

I do this one (the hour long work out) a lot and burn TONS of calories: http://www.webmd.com/fitness-exercise/features/5-treadmill-workouts-in-an-hour-or-less All you need are some small weights and a treadmill.

I'm really petite and have 40-50 lbs to lose before I'd be comfortable being pregnant. Diabetes runs in my family, and I just have to do everything I can to have a healthy pregnancy. Aiming for maybe 1 year to 1 1/2. :)

I got really into it after about 5 classes of Ashtanga yoga---but with a good instructor. I think that makes a difference. It isn't something to "power" through. Yoga has lots of health benefits and helps with flexibility, but the main goal is to quiet the mind---a VERY VERY difficult thing to do, probably harder than…

That's interesting....and crappy! Let us know if you find a brand that is more accurate.

I do a really easy salmon recipe that's fairly healthy and low in sugar. Just lightly spray/brush the fish with olive oil, squeeze some lemon on top, sprinkle dill & garlic salt. 350 degrees for about 30 minutes....serve with fresh lemon. My favorite side with salmon is asparagus. :)

Here are a couple of websites I use for crockpot recipes: skinnytaste.com (type "crockpot" into the search box on the top left) crockpot365.blogspot.com Also, I've made this: http://southernfood.about.com/od/crockpotchili/r/cpweekly26.htm and it's delicious! :)

I've tried a few different liquid diets...one was MetaFast (where you drink 5 meals a day and have 1 lean meal of protein and veggies), and I've also done the Isagenix program with protein shakes. Both diets worked...I lost about 30 lbs on each. BUT, I'm back here because you can't live on liquid alone, at least I can't!…

I see a major difference in how your legs and waist are toned. I agree--we are our worst critics. You look fabulous! :)

You look amazing! Also, what a fast transformation. You've worked hard and deserve that pants party! Woo hoo! :)

You are so tiny! You look gorgeous! What an awesome success story! :)

I haven't had an honest weight on my license...ever! That's so awesome! :)

Fantastic! You must feel amazing!!!! :) When the smaller pants fit, isn't that just that greatest?!

Hi! I started yesterday! I will add you. :)

After reading all of your may responses (thanks :), what I'm finding in common with you all is that you've got some kind of routine. I really can't complain about my 8 am start time for work when many of you are getting up and working out at 5 am and starting work much earlier than I do! I suppose I could find an excuse…

Same boat here, ladies. My mom is diabetic, and I don't want to end up with gestational diabetes---unhealthy for me and future baby.

Hi! 28 year old female here with about 40+ lbs to lose. I just started yesterday and would love to have some buddies on here as well. :)

I've done a lot of yoyo dieting in my day, unfortunately. I've lost as much as 40 lbs at one time without ever exercising. However--I haven't been able to keep it off (obviously) without exercising. Also, my body looks different when I lose weight from just changing my food vs. adding exercise into the mix. However, I…

I just started on here today. I need to lose 35-45 lbs, definitely. We're all in this together! :)
